1/ ORDER
By placing an order on this site, the customer acknowledges having read these conditions of sale and accepts them. The minimum order for France and the European Union is €20 (excluding shipping). Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination and the amount of the order. A confirmation of receipt of the order is automatically sent to the customer by email. For countries outside the European Union, it is imperative to contact us before ordering. Any order placed and paid for a country outside the EU, without our confirmation, will be canceled and fully refunded. The photos on the articles are not contractual, we present plants in situ as well as subjects often old in cultivation. When the available plant is presented, it shows ONE subject among several and there may be a difference in appearance depending on the individuals. On the other hand, the plant may be larger if it has grown between the taking of the photo and the purchase, but also smaller if watering has been interrupted for several weeks or in winter. No CITES or Phytosanitary Certificate is required within the EEC, so we do not issue one. Payments must be made at the time of ordering (Bank Wire, Bank cards: VISA, CB, Mastercard).
2/ CANCELLATION and WAIVER
The customer is protected by the law on distance selling. Before delivery, the customer can cancel his order without penalty by any means at his convenience (email, telephone, mail). According to the Commercial Code, he has a period of 7 days from delivery to cancel his order and return the entirety of the goods in their original condition, shipping costs at the customer's expense. The amounts collected will be refunded after checking the conformity of the returned goods.
3/ PRICES
Prices are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, ex-Ozoir. Shipping costs are automatically added by the program that manages the site. WE ARE NO LONGER SUBJECT TO VAT.
4/ SHIPMENTS
Plants are sent bare-root (except in exceptional cases). They are all labeled and packaged separately, with the greatest care. Packages are sent by post by Colissimo from La Poste (computer tracking, delivery within 48 hours after sending, delivery notice in case of absence of the recipient).
On certain subjects, we may be required to cut leaves or branches to facilitate packaging and transport, except on particular subjects that are precisely beautiful because they have never been pruned.
5/ DEADLINES
Orders are executed in the order of arrival, shipping times vary between 1 and 2 weeks, or even more during our exhibition periods, from March to June and from the end of August to October (contact us if you are on vacation). It is not possible to guarantee a very specific delivery day, so plan the most convenient delivery location for you. Shipments are suspended in the event of a risk of frost, extreme heat or strikes. Customers with current orders are systematically informed of the decision to postpone shipments. The suspension can be lifted by simple request of the customer, however in the event of damage to the plants or loss of the package, we will not be held responsible. It may also happen that the plant you have chosen has been sold at the previous exhibition, we will then offer you either a new choice or a partial or total refund of your order.
As a general rule, orders received between Friday and Thursday are shipped the following Tuesday
6/ GUARANTEES
The quality of each plant is checked before shipping. They are sent healthy, their recovery depends on the new growing conditions and the stress caused by shipping. Many of our plants can be delicate and intended for experienced amateurs! Find out before ordering them. We cannot refund such a plant that has not been placed in the right growing conditions (greenhouse, veranda, etc.) Stocks are regularly updated, however, in the event of unavailability of a plant when making a package, we replace it with a voucher to be used on the next order. There is no clause for taking back plants or accessories beyond the legal period of 7 days, the good health of the plants depends only on the care provided after delivery. The shipping of packages is the responsibility of the delivery service. In case of problem of delay, loss, or damage on the package during transport, www.plantemania.fr cannot be held responsible.
