Albuca dilucula (syn. Coilonox diluculum, Ornithogalum diluculum) is a very attractive species that can reach 25 cm in height. It has a single blue, boat-shaped leaf with wavy leather-like edges. Its flowers are yellow-green and slightly slanted, with a grayish green stem. It grows in winter and the leaf falls in summer. The leaf is dry at the time of flowering. Bloom takes place in spring.
