BULBINE brunsvigiifolia
Bulbine brunsvigiifolia (previously known as B. brunsvigiæfolia or B. brunsvigiaefolia) was first named in 1987 by J. G. Baker.
It is generally synonymous with Bulbine latifolia although their localities of origin are different... it is difficult to name them precisely without knowing where they come from.
The name brunsvigiifolia, which means "leaves that look like Brunsvigia", refers to the leaves that lie flat on the ground like Brunsvigia's do.
Its leaves distinguish it from other species of the genus.
Bulbine Brunsvigiifolia is characterized by its cream-green leaves, which in some respects makes it resemble some Aloes.
An atypical Bulbine very rare in culture.
